Quezon City Description

Quezon City is the largest of Metro Manila’s cities and the capital of the Philippines. Its expansive lands, reasonably priced real estate, strategic location and large consumer market are immediate plus factors for business. Business Process Outsourcing industries find a large manpower pool from Quezon City with its huge young population. One third of its 2.4 million people is composed of 15 year-old and below.

Quezon City Attraction

To give its people have a taste of rural life, Quezon City developed Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Nature Center which houses 2,443 trees commonly found in Philippine forest, a grove, lagoon, rock garden, mini-zoo, craft village, and fishing village. Also in Quezon City is the 32,000-seat covered dome Araneta Coliseum which hosted the famous “Fight of A Lifetime” between Mohammad Ali and Joe Frasier.

Quezon City Location

Quezon City is 10 km. north of Manila. It’s bounded to the east by San Mateo, Rizal and Marikina City; to the west are San Juan and the city of Manila; to the north are Caloocan City and San Jose del Monte, Bulacan; and to the south are the cities of Pasig and Mandaluyong.
